✅ One Patient Portal, Finally
Starting August 1st, everything will now run through Practice Better.
We’re officially saying goodbye to Outsmart.
No more switching between systems—just one secure place for your appointments, notes, protocols, and messages.
🔁 New Care Structure (Begins Sept 1)
After 13+ years in practice, one thing is clear: real progress comes from structure and consistency—not one-off visits.
Starting September 1st, we’re introducing a new two-phase care model that’s more strategic and transparent. It gives you a clearer understanding of what to expect, what it costs to get going, and how we’ll keep building momentum.
Bonus: We can now offer direct billing to many insurance providers (details below).
PHASE 1: INITIAL CLARITY FRAMEWORK
~The first 3 visits across 60 days to build your foundation and implement our Wellness MethodTM Systematically.
Discovery Session (up to 60 min)
→ Deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and goals

Foundation Session (up to 45 min)
→ Review labs, refine lifestyle habits, create a care plan

✅ We’re here for people who are ready to commit to that first three-visit phase—because that’s where the real foundation gets built. But let’s be clear: There’s no payment upfront, no locked-in packages, and no fine print. You’re billed as you go—visit by visit. There’s zero risk on your end. It’s on us to deliver an experience that feels supportive, strategic, and actually helpful. Each visit is billed individually and remains eligible for direct billing and extended health coverage.

Momentum Appointment (up to 30 min) – $136
